I had several feet of aluminum channel laying around. I decided to try and make a tracker that I would just adjust by hand. It has 8 Kyocera 51w panels and came out really well. It survived all these Arizona wind storms we had this spring. Never moved from where I last positioned it. I can adjust the azimuth as well for seasonal latitude shifts. There are 2 bolts thru the plate steel. I cut an arced slot for the rear one which allows the azimuth change.
